We run a multi-pass analysis for each text question. Here's the simplified process:

1. Validate responses and extract ideas.
2. Group similar ideas into themes, generate sentiment and actionable insight text.
3. Have the AI assign each theme an importance level (low / medium / high) based on a combination of importance and frequency (70 / 30).

We use Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite for high-volume steps (idea extraction and bundling). For nuanced analysis (deduplication, sentiment summaries, actionable insights, and importance ranking), Standard uses Gemini 3.1 Flash Lite; Studio uses Gemini 3.1 Flash with Thinking.

Each response to each text question uses one analysis credit.
